He was killed by a Wraith-Robot, owned by the Weapon Master. His power battery was stolen.    The Weapon Master used the Green Lantern's battery to tap into the Main Power Battery on Oa. After this was accomplished, he was able to control members of the Green Lantern Corps, through their power rings.    The Weapon Master then sold his services to the highest bidder in galactic space-wars. Various Green Lanterns, such as Arkkis Chummuck and Katma Tui were under his influence.    Superman joined with Ranakar, one of the Guardians of the Universe, to defeat the Weapon Master.
