OVERVIEW

The daughter of Arsenal and Cheshire, Lian is a headstrong girl who is very attached to her extended family of 'aunts' and 'uncles' in the Titans, particularly Donna Troy. She was thought to have been killed in Prometheus III's destruction of Star City, but was somehow saved by Amanda Waller and teleported throughout time and space, triggered by proximity to her family. She eventually ended up in Alleytown where she took the name Shoes, and after helping out Catwoman took on the identity of Cheshire Cat.
