HISTORY

A gangleader and criminal who set himself up as an organ grinder in the 1940s, using his organ to make his trained monkeys commit robberies. Wildcat (II) was taken captive by his gang after they had stolen a valuable boxing trophy. However, the hero soon discovered that he could whistle melodies to make the monkeys do as he wanted, thus defeating Leo the Organ Grinder with the villain's own weapon.
